Shelby Montaño is a Native Tucsonan, who was born into a hardworking and loving Christian family. Being the oldest of five children, Shelby began developing leadership skills at a very young age and has continued to develop her leadership skills since.
Shelby joined the team in January 2016, as the Lead Administrator and Transaction Coordinator. Business Operations & Development, Transaction Management, and Company Culture are some of the areas of business that she manages on a regular basis. Striving to further her education and Real Estate knowledge, she plans to pursue her Brokers License and, ultimately, receive the prestigious CCIM designation.

Financial Analysis
Caleb Glenn started his real estate career while still in high school as a marketing specialist and financial analyst. After spending 3 years on the administrative side of the business, he got his real estate license and stepped into the sales realm. He is currently pursuing his CCIM designation. Outside the office, Caleb is an avid reader, plays guitar in a touring band and enjoys hunting among other outdoor activities.
